Fees and deadlines

All participants must fill out the registration form. An email confirming your registration will be sent to you once the process is completed.

The early bird rate ends on February 29^th 2024.

• All payments should be made in EURO (€) by credit card (Master Card, VISA or American Express) or by wire transfer by May, 25^th, 2024
• No registration / reservation will be confirmed without completion of payment
• Please use a credit card which is valid at least until May, 31^st, 2024
• Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about 10 days later due to system matter

For payment by wire transfer, download the bank details.

The student, academic and industrial fees include the welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, touristic visit (on Wednesday afternoon) and gala dinner.

Please read carefully the Cancellation policy.

* The Full Accompanying person gives access to conference lunches and social events (Touristic visits, Gala Dinner…).

** The Social Accompanying person gives access to social events only (Touristic visit, Gala Dinner…), and does not gives access to the conference.

The prices are given « with 10% French VAT included ».
