Dear MH2024 participants,
The welcome cocktail will take place at the “Étoile de Roy” ship on Sunday May 26 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Captivated by the history of the frigate and the lively atmosphere of the live music, you will have the opportunity to enjoy your first meeting with the colleagues of the MH2024 while having some aperitifs and drinks.
The event will end at 8 p.m. to give you the opportunity to move, with your old and new folks found on board, to the restaurant of your choice in old Saint-Malo.
Due to the great success of MH2024 (more than 400 participants expected) and the limited capacity of the ship (250 sailors max!), we will probably not be able to welcome you all on board simultaneously. Two timed tickets (6 p.m.-7 p.m. or 7 p.m.-8 p.m.) will be distributed to you when you register at the Palais Grand Large (100 m from the boat as shown in the photo below) which will be open from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. We are counting on your cooperation to respect the entry and stay times on board the ship.
