Title: The vision of France Hydrogène on the national hydrogen strategy

Abstract: France Hydrogène is the French national association which gathers today more than 460 members, bringing together all the stakeholders of the French Hydrogen sector structured along the entire value chain : major industrial groups developing large-scale projects, SMEs and innovative start-ups, laboratories and research centres of excellence, competitive clusters and local and regional authorities. The French national hydrogen strategy, published in 2020 and backed by 9.2 bn€ of public support, is currently under review. While the regulatory framework is structuring at European level, and more than 45 countries worldwide have set up a hydrogen strategy, the French sector faces several challenges to be taken up.
Biography: Christelle started her career about 20 years ago in the European affairs sector, based in Brussels then in Paris. She worked for European institutions, and also various public and private organisations. She is a graduate of SciencePo Lille and holds also a Master’s degree from the Institute of European Studies of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (IEE-ULB).
